With the growth of the area around Delrex Boulevard, another subdivision, just north of downtown Georgetown called “Moore Park” started to grow in 1962. This mature neighbourhood offers quiet tree-lined crescents with large lots along with a variety of bungalows & two-storey homes; however split-level homes are the most common in the subdivision.

Other than the name sake, streets in this neighbourhood consist of Eleanor Crescent, Joycelyn Crescent, Hyland Avenue, along with Uplands Court, and Heather Court.

From this neighbourhood you can easily walk to parks, restaurants, the Go Train & Main Street Shops.

The elementary schools that service this area are Holy Cross, Centennial PS, and Joseph Gibbons PS.
