Over recent years, Acton has seen new development and newer neighbourhoods located on the east end of town.

These homes have a vast array of styles and finishes were built by Honeyfield, Finoro and Charleston Homes.  Construction on most of these homes started in 2003. These newer neighbourhoods create a family friendly community featuring many styles of homes on large lots.

All of these homes have a welcoming veranda or front porch. It’s a great way to meet the neighbours in the warmer months. You’ll usually see kids playing street hockey in the winter. The neighbourhood is also adorned with old fashioned street lights and nice wide streets. There are a number of parks along with the community centre that contains hockey arena, meeting rooms, soccer pitches, skate park and playground.
 

The community swimming pool, arena/community centre, soccer fields, shopping and churches are just minutes away. The neighbourhoods are bordered by greenbelt to the east with numerous hiking trails.

There's a great plaza in within walking distance where you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, and more!

For commuters, there’s handy access to the Acton GO Station.

The elementary schools that service this area are St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School and Mckenzie-Smith Bennett Public School.

The secondary schools that service this area are Christ the King Secondary School & Georgetown District High School.
