"BANKS OF THE CREDIT RIVER"

 

The “Banks of the Credit River” community is nestled on Palomino Trail at the bottom of the hill across from the old mill and the Credit River.  This neighbourhood is great for first-time home buyers and young families due to the attractive prices and relatively low maintenance fees. This community was built by Menkes in 2000.  It consists of 50 condominium townhomes most of which have 3 bedrooms and a garage. There are a few smaller units with just 2 bedrooms.
