The original phase of “Trafalgar Country” is just off Guelph Street/Hwy 7 consisting of all detached homes.  It was developed in the mid-nineties with primarily 2-storey homes and bungalows.

This phase is made up of the following streets: Banting Road, Ruddell Crescent and McCullough.

Just southwest of these homes, is the newer phase of Trafalgar Country that was built around the turn of the century.  These homes were built by Beaverbrook Homes and Greenleaf Investments Corp.   The neighbourhood has a mix of detached, semi’s and townhomes. 

There are a variety of freehold townhomes along Atwood Avenue and Grey Owl Run. 

Most of the detached homes are 2-storeys; however, there are also a lot of bungalows to choose from on Johnson and Callaghan Crescents.  Poet’s Path has some larger 2-storey homes with triple garages. 

Some of the other streets in this neighbourhood are: Berton Boulevard, Munro Circle, Newman Place, Callaghan Crescent, and Mowat Crescent.

This popular neighbourhood has a greenbelt sprawling through it that contains walking trails.  There’s also the large Berton Boulevard Park with a children’s play-set and pond. 
 

“Trafalgar Country” is in a great location as just a quick drive down Trafalgar Road will take you to the 401 or the new shopping outlet.  From this neighbourhood, you can also walk to the hospital, the fairgrounds, Main Street shops & restaurant and numerous schools. TheFarmer’s market is also a popular summer attraction that you can walk to on Saturdays from June to October.  For golfers, the North Halton Golf Club is a popular private course just minutes away. 

The elementary schools that service this area are Holy Cross, St Francis of Assisi, Centennial PS, and Park PS.

The secondary schools that service this area are Christ the King Secondary School & Georgetown District High School.
