“Meadowglen” is another newer development in Georgetown that is often referred to as the old Mushroom Factory lands or Cachet Hills.  It was completed by two builders: Cachet and Sunvale homes in 2004. This site was once the location of the well-known mushroom factory on the southern end of Glen Williams.  This quiet neighbourhood offers Victorian-style homes with front porches, balconies and gingerbread trim. Gamble Street offers several larger homes with triple garages.

Meadowglen Boulevard and Herb Wild border a wonderful community park with a hiking trail system from which you can access the Bruce Trail. 

This community is close to golf and shopping; whether it is in the quaint shops of Glen Williams or at the Georgetown Marketplace.  
For commuters, the Go station is just minutes by car.
