"FALLING WATER"

The “Falling Water” neighbourhood, also known as “Edgewater” is was built by Meknes Development Corporation (Canyon Villa Estates Inc.) with owners taking possession in the year 2000.  The neighbourhood is located on the eastern edge of Georgetown just west of Norval.  All the homes are 2-storey detached with a 1.5 or 2-car garage.

The neighbourhood has a nice mix of smaller to mid-sized detached homes along Russell Street and some larger homes at the end of Russell and along Morden Neilson Way that back onto the beautiful ravine. 
 

The neighbourhood is bordered by mature tree, ravine and the Credit River.  It also has Morden Neilson Park with access to trails.  The location offers easy access to Highway 7 and Winston Churchill for commuters.

The elementary schools that service this area are St. Francis of Assisi, George Kennedy PS and Centennial PS.

The secondary schools that service this area are Christ the King Secondary School & Georgetown District High School.
